Hailing from Sydney’s Northern Beaches, local emerging electronic music producer/ singer songwriter SA.MAY (pronounced sah-may) has been writing and producing music for just over 12 months. Having produced her new drop “Booty Calls” in her bedroom, SA.MAY recalls recording the vocals at 1am in the morning attempting not to wake anyone in the house! The shimmering new single features the very talented B Wise who was recently signed to the innovative beats and hip-hop label, Elefant Traks. SA.MAY declares, “I really wanted to show two perspectives of a relationship in the song, and what it is like to date in the 21st Century for a 20 year old. It reflects both sides of the narrative where I am moving on, yet still reminiscing about the relationship.” The underlining hip hop beats and sensual synths, coupled with SA.MAY’s warm vocals will leave you aching for more and B Wise nails a swift raps that penetrates with precision and style.
